1. NC servo feeder has wider scope of application and higher degree of customization.Roller feeder and servo feeder are called general mainstream feeding equipment, but their application scope is limited,especially the roller feeder.Because of the restriction of its transmission principle, the roller feeder has obvious matching requirements: ①Punch must have output shaft.②The material width is less than 400 mm, the thickness is less than 3.5 mm and the feeding length is less than 300 mm.③There is hardly any custom-made model. However,servo feeder has no such restriction at all. Its maximum width can reach 1500 mm and thickness can reach 6.0 mm, and it is completely free from the restriction of feeding length and matching punch. According to the actual stamping characteristics, the thick plate strong servo feeder and zigzag servo feeder are developed for customers to choose.NC servo feeder has higher feeding accuracy and better stability.Roller feeder adopts mechanical transmission, so the feeding accuracy can only be guaranteed within (+0.05 mm) because of the influence of clearance of output shaft and coordination of transmission components.But the servo feeder is different and its feeding accuracy can be ensured within (+0.02 mm) and even up to (+0.01 mm) in short distance and high speed feeding.

2. Servo feeder is driven directly by servo motor through synchronous pulley. Relaxation and feeding are signaled by punch cam. Therefore, it has high feeding accuracy and synchronization, and is not disturbed by external factors. For NC servo feeder, debugging and operation are simple, labor intensity is small, and effective working time is increased.The feeder needs to be adjusted according to the actual matching die before use.After the material width, thickness and feeding length are debugged, continuous stamping production can be carried out, and the adjustment of the feeding length is the most important one.

3. For the roller feeder, the eccentric disc installed on the output shaft of the punch should be adjusted to adjust the feeding length.This is not only a tedious adjustment, but also after adjusting the inch feeding length, due to the influence of the gap and braking inertia of the output shaft, the feeding length required for the actual continuous stamping can be achieved by repeated adjustment according to the actual experience, which must be completed by the technicians.Servo feeder does not need to consider so many factors at all, just simple settings on the 7-inch Willen touch screen, simple settings, save time and effort.
